My little sanctuary...always lots of work, but it saves money if you'd rather be home than away!

    I am lusting after your little world. Actually if I just had the time we could have a beautiful yard too. I have a 35 year old Japanese Maple tree in my backyard that is gigantic and beautiful. Unfortunately the rest needs to be better taken care of. DH and I hope now that the kids are grown we will have more time.....

    This is only the back corner...if I figure out how to post a photo that doesn't take too long to load, I'll post some other views. The lilacs and irises are getting ready to bloom!

    And yes, actually, DH and I planned the landscape to leave a large grass area for soccer, badmitton, football, volleyball, and anything else people might want to do while they are here. It is WONDERFUL having two acres!
